Balsamic Vinaigrette

1 T Dijon Mustard

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

½ Cup olive oil

1 T Brown Sugar

1 tsp. honey

Salt and pepper

In blender add mustard, brown sugar, honey and vinegar.  Blend, while blending slowly add oil until all incorporated and dressing is emulsified.  Season with salt and pepper.  Add 1 tsp. of water if too thick.
